New Year Resolution

I think we can all agree: 2011 sucked. It was a big stupid year
full of big stupid things. All around, it was just stupid.

Finally, though, 2012 is just around the corner. Now, we can
pretend that 2011 never happened and look forward to the Mayan
apocalypse. (Note to Self: Mayan Apocalypse is a great name for
a metal band.)

Since 2011 was the worst year since 1993 (the year that Crystal
Pepsi was discontinued), I am going to ignore the trend that
everyone else will be jumping on. Why would I want to review the
previous year? No, I will look forward to 2012.

My list of Resolution??
1) Write 3 blog posts or more a week.
My blogging has come in spurts. Some weeks I post every day, other times I’ve gone almost a full month between posts. I hope by setting a minimum number per week that I’ll have a goal and be more faithful.

2) Ignore Crazy and Persimist person
IGNORAMUS!!!

3) Walk/ Run 500 miles (that’s about 10 miles a week).
Just four laps around my neighborhood is a 5k (3.2 miles). I plan on walking the KK City at least three times a week and plan to walk on the treadmill at the gym on the days that the weather prohibits me from walking outside. (Sometimes sport/exercise can make me feel itchy)

4) ????

Well anyway, It’s that time of year again. It seems like it arrives faster every year, but once again we have arrived at the end of one year and are about to start another. Leading up to the new year makes us reassess the year that was and begin planning our lives for the year ahead.

I just hope that us family will make a massive changes in our lives but never change as in person.

Enjoy the last day of 2011 everyone and Happy New Year!!

Merry Christmas To All

Well although I had to work on Christmas day, I just want to wish all me friends and family a Great and beautiful Christmas this year. May God bless all of us and the harmony life among us will be continued.

And to all bloggers around the world, I wish you a very beautiful Christmas with you love ones. Here in Malaysia it's very common for us to celebrate Christmas without the "White Blanket" cover our ground since it's always sunny all year round in here. But somehow I really wish I could feel the snow falling on my hand in this meaningful Holiday Season.
But I know it's impossible and this year...my very first time receive many present from my friend in Sabah Tourism Board. Really love it, I hope everyone in Sabah Tourism Board will be bless everyday and many years to come.

I once have a friend telling me about the snow and how he told me on the Christmas Eve people would actually had to shove the heavy snow on the road.I don't know where he is now and what he's up to but I really wish him a very nice Christmas with his family and friends. Well I'm just feel very lonely on Christmas Morning and only listening to the radio playing sad Christmas song.

Anyway, on my last post I did mention about a stalker that always follow me as soon as I came back from work. That S*@# really getting on my nerves as yesterday he go towards in front on me and shouting to everyone (the crowds) and told them I borrow 4k from him and never pay him back.
BULLSHIT DAMMIT!!! I'm a working student and I can feed mysefl better than he did. Well I call the Police a FEW TIMES and what did I get?? NOTHING AT ALL AND MY SAFETY RATE IS VERY LOW!!! Thanks to all the police, well now I know typical police in here are so suck in doing their jobs.

Whatever, ....so please have a wonderful Christmas to all blogger.

MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL

P.s I'm planning wacthing horror movie this Christmas

Stalker on Christmas

Well it's really been 3 weeks now since my family know we were been stalk by this one crazy guy. I don't think my Christmas would be great for this year we had to go back and forth towards the police station and worse thing is ... the guy is still out there somewhere.

Actually he likes my mom and couldn't let go of her (makes me angry). Well my mom HATE him so much because he always kept on asking about money. I've call the police, make a report but what I get is only disappointment and pain. The police said we don't have enough evidence. That guy keep following us til home and shouting about nothing. Well what I hate most in my hometown because typical Malaysian police sometimes really slow about their work. My God, this is so complicated even I feel hard posting about it ....really hurt when your mom being treat like this. I hope this problem end soon because I really can't take it anymore.

So for all you out there, never forget your safety during the Holiday Season

Time for trip after STA night and the wedding...again

Hey all it's me again.
Boy it's really been a week since my last post...Quite busy these days actually. But the season of warmth is around the corner so just for a quickie post for today. These few week was really exhausted week for as I am very busy with Sabah Tourism Award on last Saturday night and one our staff wedding day yesterday. But yet all event that happen for these 2 week was really great and amazing.

On STA night, all the ladies was really beautiful and the guys were looking very great. Everything went well for the usherer and usherettes as our work of course to assist all the VVIP, VIP, the guest and other to their table and etc,etc
Well of Course some guest can be really RUDE ACTUALLY!! Whatever...

Suzan, Elvy and me
P.S Honestly I don't really satisfied  with my hair that night, but all my friends said I look different and really beautifull...
Really????

Funny things, some my friends didn't even recognized me when I'm wearing the dress on STA night. But what bad about the STA night it was raining cats and dogs that night and some of our friends had to go back early as their house were flooded.Even at the Magellan Sutera Hall the worker of the hotel had to keep the swater from entering the door as it was really flooded outside the hall. Don't ask me how they do it. Anyway, overall I love most is the hall decoration where it look really great...like a combination grand and romantic silver-ish black with light yellow color. The food ....emmm...maybe not really into it but the dessert was nice and I love the vanilla Ice-Cream with lemons deco with orchid. Simple yet elegant. Next, our STB team had practice this 'shuffle dance' and of course they dance on the stage that night with other dancer. Great night!!

The wedding, well it was last night actually with Beautiful white and pink as the main theme. But funny thing is we all straight from work to and everybody was like ...trying searching for make-up (You know how you look like after whole day work and feel miserable, don't you?)and lucky one of my friend Murielle were good in make-up and help them all. And for me, I didn't get the wedding invitation actually but my friend Cynthia cannot make it, I go as her representative. Quite embarrassing actually when everyone around you look so beautiful except you but I don't mind that. I enjoyed myself ^_^.

Busy Week

Hello all...

I'm so damn mentally tired as all the paperwork has to be done and all the guest of Sabah Tourism Award I had to re-do it in alphabetical order again.
But what excited me the most having a wonderful dinner in Magellan,Sutera Harbour on last Tuesday. And believe me, everyone dressed up and look very beautiful and elegant. Well as for me I just wear the Baju Kurung ...plain and simple baju kurung. This is my first time attending such event and it really makes me feel nervous. Its acually a fashion show but honestly not all the design are eye-catching (plus heavy make-up on all models are scary actually...) But all of us who go to the event also cheer for our friend, Allie...

On the next day, at garlanding at KKIA for the first time was really a disaster and embarrass moment for me as all four of us (my friends including me) had to garland our guest which are from South Korea. So excited at first, but when mistake happen, you tend to get a bit scared and panic. In fact I try to calm myself and just be professional ( Which I'm not...)

Yeah..it was fun and all until one of us started to mention things about ghost (...And it really make me scared as my home are countryside type next to a big spooky 'woodland'. Yikes !

October 28, 2011

Its my Birthday yesterday

Hello all, just a quickie post for today as Yesterday was my 20th Birthday and I'm really happy that everyone from STB wished me Happy Birthday! I'm really touched and too happy ^_^....

So I just want to say thank you all and god bless you

Quicky post!

Just Want to Post that I might not going to the climbathon....What a Shame

Japanese Event...not really that great!

Hey all you bloggers, well it’s October and you know what that means in Sabah… An activity for the whole month!!! In STB they had this family day just around the corner and since they were really take very serious about the activity involved because there will be children into the event as well as the parent of my colleague. As for me, I had to work on the 30th October because everybody went for the family day.

Today, I went to the Penampang Village Homestay at Penampang, located very far from the K.K city! Well there are 3 of us which are me and another two STB and SPS, Tracelyn and Trexie. Well we supposed to be guest for the event but end up helping them by pasting the “Welcome to Penampang Village Homestay” alphabet stick to the wall. Well not that I don’t want to help them but imagine this: you are a guest in somebody’s home and you want to be welcome but instead you been instruct about what to do and everything was not ready when you actually reached there. Back to the topic, the event that I mention earlier was a Luncheon with 105 Japanese children from St Clement, Singapore plus their teacher
(all Japanese).

Okay it started like this, they said that the event will start at 1
0:30am but when the 3 of us actually get there, only a few communities
not more than 10 people) try to get everything done but since we already there, the operator (can’t tell her name) instruct us what to do!!! Really, as far as I concerned, if you make a huge event for the Japanese, you be prepare all the list of work and delegate task for the people who involved. My advice: Divide into four group, F&B, Decoration, technical, and efficient management. When the real lunch time was 10 minutes away, all the communities shows up and I think this kind of attitude
should be thrown into the garbage. Shame on you!!!

Then a Japanese guide (he’s Chinese actually but a Japanese-wannabe guy) trying to flirt with me by speaking in Japanese. Well I not that good in Japanese but I can understand very well. He told me I look like a Japanese doll (…really?) and grateful for that compliment but I’m not interested in love life. Well as I always remind myself that I’m always good in academic and such but zero when it comes to private life. So there no use taking chances, I’m happy by myself. I think this is pathetic. Okay back to the story, I admit, those cute little Japanese kodomo really makes me feel awe when I see them…^_^

Project Aware: Gaya Island

Hey all, yesterday I went to Gaya Island attending the Project Aware organize by the Down Below Company. This is my first time going to one of the most beautiful island in Tunku Abdul Rahman Park as in my college days the study trip to
Manukan Island was cancelled due to the Tsunami that had happen in eastern Japan in March. So this is one of those happy moments that I’ve waiting for and I’m really excited. I’ve been told that there’s a few of us from Sabah Tourism Board
will join this trip, few from RTM as well as Sabah Parks staff.

But before the fun part, in the morning I was really nervous as I kept thinking about how my trip was going to be; is it going to be rain later? Am I going to vomit when the boats keeps moving up and down in the middle of the big sea?
Well since this is my first – timer, I want this trip to be a perfect moment for me so I can keep a very sweet memory when I come back to the island. Lucky for me, yesterday was quite a sunny day! Since Ms Mary go to Sutera Mariner by car, she offer me to go with her and the other staff went there by company’s van. So off we all go to Sutera Mariner, right after we park the car we straight went to the Sutera Mariner Jetty’s where there you can see all the beautiful and expensive boats and ferries. Fortunately all of the STB staff including me got a sponsorship from the company and yes it’son the house for all of us. It takes us about 15 minutes to wait for all the staff of RTM as they arrived 15 minutes
late from our schedule. Urgghh…In case you don’t know, I hate to waiting for the people especially one who don’t realize they are 15 minutes late!!! Right after they arrived, 5 minutes briefing about our destination by Ms. Evelyn plus the do
and don’t when we get there. Then we straight heading towards our boats and carefully ride the boat. The view of Sutera Mariner was really beautiful and right after another 5 minutes then off we go to our destination. It’s only takes about
10 to the Gaya Island.

When we arrived the island, the Director Mr. Richard greets us with very warm smile, and Mr. James (I’m not sure who he is, probably the assistant…) one who brief us all about the Project Aware and the objective for
the event. Hoping that everybody will get a lesson, to know that this is not just for cleaning the environment but change individuals to be responsible in everything we used and do. We are divided into 2 categories which is the first
categories: everybody who wants to pick up the rubbish in the sea were required to see Mr. James as the equipment for diving and snorkeling are very limited up until 20 packs. I don’t think I had the chance to do the diving so I’ve decided
to pick up the rubbish along the shoreline with my friend Ms. Mary. When we look others are still busy with their equipment, we decided to go first started at the shore near the public toilet. We started to collect every single rubbish
even the tiniest one and arrived at an old bridge. Below the bridge there so many of it and Ms. Mary had to take 5 minutes break (Ms. Mary is older than me and our age gap more than 20 years, so it’s very usual when someone older than
you gets tired easily) while I just continue with the work. But unfortunately I stepped on a piece broken glasses and my foot were bleeding. Feeling the pain but I don’t want Ms. Mary to worried so I just keep it quiet.

Not before long we notice that the water are so cold that it bring freshness to your skin. Then I suddenly remember that one of the staff here says that there a beautiful waterfall located not very far from the ocean but there’s no
proper route to go there. The cold water flow from the waterfall to the sea and amazingly the taste of the water are not salty. God almighty. Then a staff calling for both of us and asking what are we doing there. I realize that there
only the 2 of us here at the shore. We told him aren’t we supposed to collect the rubbish here? Then he said where we are now was actually not the exact location, but thanked us anyway for collecting the rubbish (FYI both of us has already
collect 2 big bags of rubbish). I feel like a fool but never mind anyway as it’s our fault for just goes and not hear the next instruction. He then show us the ways to the real spot of collecting the rubbish. The distance to the ‘real spot’
takes us about 15 minutes’ walk up on the hill and down to the sea. While walking, we can hear the sea breeze blowing and the sound of wave waving and crush the shore. It’s really relaxing from hustle and bustle of the K.K city and away
from everyday morning rush hour.

After 15 minutes of walking, the staff takes us to the rocky cliff where below it we can see our friends already doing their jobs cleaning the shore from rubbish. Funny thing is, when the staff told we can climb down from the cliff I was
really scared. I know below us just the sea and not very deep for someone who tall but still my weakness take over my courage as I’m short in person plus don’t know how to swim!! Lucky Ms. Mary encourage me just do it without thinking of
anything silly (what a way of encouraging people like me) and I did it. Only a few scratch near my ankle though….ngeh. As long think it as an adventure that’s enough for me. Then we together with others were collecting rubbish until we have
a few full bags of rubbish. All the fun and laughter we all had will be reminiscing forever until I die. At first our goal was to collect rubbish until the next island which is Manukan Island but the times are not our friend at the time
and we had to follow the schedule given.

Next to my favorite part which is LUNCH TIME!!! I was so hungry and my tummy begins to rumbling and ‘choiring’. Well we can’t expect the food to be luxury but it was good enough though. It was half past 1 actually. After lunch we had
this talk about the certificate for all the staff and tourist (there’s only 1 Japanese tourist, cute young boy about my age) that went for this event and we had so much fun. The certificate was from the director of Down Below Company
himself, Mr. Richard who handed the entire certificate for us. Then not before long photography session begin and we all make the silly Mexican wand by hand. Then One of the staff gets interviewed by RTM and so does Mr. James who happens to
know Malay language a bit. It really surprised me at first but since I’m in tourism industry, even the weirdest thing in this little planet earth I can found. It just matter of time. I still remember what Mr. James said yesterday in Malay
language but with Sabahan accent in it ‘sya mo pengsan sudah nie’ which I think really funny.

At 3:10pm, we went back to Sutera Mariner Jetty’s, and I realize everybody was really quiet compare to this morning. Tired? I wonder and don’t understand actually but I figure it out that everyone has change and trying to become more
responsible. Another new perspective has open their mind in creating awareness globally towards the environment. And as for me, this trip has a very deep meaning toward global issue as today the world have been filled mostly by irresponsible
people. Well the Project Aware was great but when you ask me while I’m collecting the rubbish, the answer might be
different hahaha (Jokes........)

My place of Internship journey

Hey all you bloggers!! Well hence the title, my place of Internship Sabah Tourism Board, known for provided information to the entire tourist who lost their way (I think…) which is located at Gaya Street. The Sabah Tourism Board, or generally known as Sabah Tourism, is an agency of the Sabah State Government operating under the purview of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment.

Sabah Tourism's primary responsibility is the marketing and promotion of tourism for the State. It also functions as a catalyst for the tourism industry by recommending to the Government the best possible means to facilitate the development of the industry and take part actively in initiating and coordinating activities conducted by the industry's participant.

Since it was established in August 1976, Sabah Tourism's responsibilities have continually expanded and defined to cater to the current needs of the global tourism market. Actually it’s been more than 2 weeks I had my training in STB (the usual calling…) and I really like it here: the management, new friends, and new environment. Well I’m not saying that my college friends are not good, they are really great but sometimes when they secretly stab you in the back… I really think being alone is my best option on those college days (You can consider me as a geek or whatever and I don’t care).

Okay back to the story, on the first month I will be assign to be at TA’s or more at the reception. Well I’m not very good talker but trying my best to assist the guest or tourists can be considered okay. My new friends here are much older than me but I don’t mind and one of them is Ms Mary T, Ms Carmalita, and Mr. Robin. These people involved in tourism field more than 10 years and had a lot of knowledge’s about Sabah! Honestly I respect them as their very good handling their work even though in hard situation plus their never complain about it Involving in an environment full with people who older than you might change the way your thinking making you a lot more mature even when you are 19 years old!! Sometimes their jokes more on being sarcastic but in friendlier way in which no one take it seriously actually. Everybody willing to help and teach me all about the knowledge that I should know for me be good inside the management. I’ve always heard from people that experience is a wonderful thing; it enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again which is so true.

Last week on Saturday, we had this trip (family trip actually for the staff but I was invited) to Misompuru Home stay where we had to experience life without electrical appliances or gadgets just like the native Rungus people. Of course we experiences also the home of the Rungus people, some of whom are still dwelling in traditional longhouses, one-village, one-industry kampongs specializing in gong-making, bead-making, and honey bee-rearing. Our activity include kayaking, search and crab catching (we didn’t get the chance as the crab catching season are not on this month); riding boats to the mangrove area, picnicking near the beach, and relax to ease your mind. There’s also festival held near the area called The Ocean Rhythm Festival, where hence the name of the festival the event was held near the beach and the Rungus Long House located just 3 minutes from the festival.

There so many people came over for the event; there’s singing competition and a lots of booth selling snack, fast food (homemade burgers), souvenirs such as the very unique clam shell but most of us just collect clam shell near the shore rather waste our money.

About the rock formation which named Terongkongan Beach, actually there’s a legend behind it where a princess always go there for bathing. Then suddenly, fishermen accidentally saw the princess and fell in love with her. He then wants to marry the princess but she has one condition before he marries her. He had to jump a high stone situated in where we are. You can read more about the rock/cave in here. At night, we had a very huge party near the beach and everyone was really happy but not on midnight. This is because in midnight where everyone was asleep, suddenly the generator was down (every night actually) and the temperature was really hot during the night. Okay the generator only ‘on’ from 1900pm till 2300pm. And the party ended not long before 2300pm. And the party ended not long before 2300pm. Lucky for me that me and my friend for we had this veil or ‘kelambu’ to keep away from mosquitoes or any night insect that may crawl into our room.

Morning arrive, we had our breakfast and had a very short stroll at the beach for the last time. I felt really sad that we had to leave before 10am and I remember the wave was calm on that morning, very peaceful actually...

Back to Kudat: Misompuru Homestay

Hey all you bloggers !! I just got back from an exotic stay in Kudat, The Misompuru Homestay where it famous from the Rungus culture, white sandy beaches, the gongs, beautiful beads and etc, etc. Yesterday we started our journey from Sabah Tourism Board ( my internship location) with a few member/long old staff and of course me . The long 3 hour journey was really tiring and along with annoying kiddies plus crying babies ( just kidding, just a bunch of children and the parent work in STB ). Once again I've given the chance to travel out of Kota Kinabalu towards Kudat. One of the staff, Ms Mary told me that there's a few place of attraction which is watch sunset, cloth making, cultural dance, beach visits, trekking - mangrove forest. But what interest me about the trip was all about the Ocean Rhythm Festival held on 17th and 18th September 2011. But before that, we went to the Gombizau Honey Bee Farm which is one of the most commercialized and organized Honey Bee Farm in Kudat region. The Gombizau Honey Bee Farm is located in Kampung Gombizau in Matunggong, a sub-district situated 43 kilometers south of Kudat city, where one of the economical activities for the village community is honey bee farming. There are over a hundred bee cages in the bee farm. The Honey Bee Farm was started and established over ten years ago, and the bee farm produces honey both for the local consumptions as well as to be sold in bottles for those who are akin to the sweet taste of raw honey. After spending our only half an hour in Gombizau, we deperted to our next destination, the Sumangkap Gong Making facto. For your information, Gongs are very important musical instruments for the Rungus and many other communities in Kudat Malaysia. Gongs are valued not only just as musical instruments but also as items of wealth. It takes days of pounding the metal sheets to produce a gong. In Kampung Sumangkap Gong Factory a demonstrations of making gongs in various stages by skilled craftsmen is an experience not to be missed. Kampung Sumangkap Gong Factory is located less than one hour away from Kampung Gombizau Honey Bee Farm, is famous for its gong making cottage industry. The gong is one of the most important Rungus musical instrument and often being played during festivities and grand occasions such as weddings. The gongs that are sold in Kampung Sumangkap vary in sizes—visitors can expect to find tiny souvenirs ones with different shapes and unique designs (price ranging from RM25 to RM37) as well as large ones that can reach up to 2 meters wide in diameter. For large groups of visitors, the villagers of Kampung Sumangkap will often hold cultural performances in the Kampung Sumangkap Community Hall where the kulintangan (a set of different sized gongs producing different sounds) is to be played. Okay, this story will have to be continued as I'm really, REALLY EXHAUSTED. Ciao!!

Creating awareness on Duchenne muscular dystrophy !

(via Daily Express)

Hey Bloggers, I just an article about 'Creating Awareness On Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy' which really makes me feel touch about the story behind this amazing event. The Coalition Duchenne Expedition team of 35 international climbers from eight countries, led by Catherine climbed Mt. Kinabalu to raise global awareness on Duchenne and to raise funds dedicated to finding a cure for Duchenne recently.

The goal is to raise money to do research to find a cure and treatment for this disease.I feel really sorry for Dusty Brandom as he can't join all the climbers to climb the Great Mount Kinabalu. What's really get my attention about this story is because The mother and Founder of Coalition Duchenne is a Sabahan women Ms Cath Jayasuriya . Really proud of her actually... she's a new role model for me, Positive attitude and strong.

So I hope that for all bloggers out there, if you want to know or donate more to the Coalition Duchenne, Just click here

Event Throughout the month

Hey all you bloggers! Finally I have my own laptop/notebook…it’s really strange to have things that are really new to
be considered as my stuff. Well it’s been awhile I haven’t checked my blog site and I miss BlogSpot already…All I want to
say right now is Alhamdulillah and thanks to Allah to make this happen as me and sister Sarara had wanted laptop so bad
that everyday ….well you can see as everybody has already went home, both of us has to stay late until 5 o’clock or more.

August 29, 2011
It’s been really a tiring day for me as we (my grandmother, and two of my brother) had to do some chores for this coming
eid’s and still I don’t have any internet connection ( that’s because in Malaysia to gain internet we had to register our
name and money comes out from your pocket for sure). So my friend Villia Xu, a student from china just called me and ask
whether I’m free this coming 1st September…well she’s nice but life of a social teenagers doesn’t interest me at all.
But I decided to take a chance but with careful planning because this people. Anyway, my family just started to decorate
the house and it was just me, my brother, and my grandmother. Tiring but fun, I had the time to spend with my family of
course.

August 30, 2011
Today’s the day which is the Eid’s day for all the Islamic in the world

September 1st, 2011
Today I have a date with my new friend Villia Xu who came all her way here from China. Well actually we met last year
as she was considered my junior at the time. As far as I remember she was with Tommy Wong and they were doing their
assignment in computer lab (well of course I was in computer lab chatting my friend Ms Rozie) in which makes me wonder
that they are still new in here. So I decided to help them and introduced myself as intake of 05/09. And guest what…we’ve
been a really good friend ever since. Well I had to admit that my Chinese are not getting better and I look stupid
(now I know the feeling of somebody who doesn’t know how to speak other language). But that wasn’t going to stop us
from hang out, plus our friendship getting warmer. Of course there some words or Chinese phrase that I don’t know or
understand but she will keep teach me until I know was the true meaning of each phrase and how to use it.
Anyway, first we went to some travel lodge for she said her friend from KL will come here at 17th until 24th of September.
Well of course the cheapest one is in behind our ATI College. Whoa, this is the first time I’ve such a survey including
each room, well I considered this as my practical training. The first one …. I don’t think so, it so dark to tell you the
truth. Not to mention the odor was terrible and I think it’s really freaky. But the second lodges were homier, relaxing
atmosphere, and the facilities were also quite nice. After went for trouble for all of this, we went to Suria Sabah and
go for sightseeing (not really…), having lunch together…emm yeah…just like ordinary teenager’s would do when they hang out
with their buddies. Although some the word she saying I’m not quite understands but that’s not even can be considered as
reason you don’t want to be friends with them. Well honestly I myself don’t have any true friends though, because my own
experience with human being called themselves a ‘TRUE FRIEND’ not really as good they look. Perhaps some of them might
even stab your back you won’t even notice it.

Crazy Saturday

Hi everyone, god I finally manage to post for today as I'm really busy with everything that happen in life. Well it can't be that bad...

Anyway, yesterday I had a very exhausted and craziest day in my entire life. We went for sightseeing at Kota Kinabalu, just spending our time together as everyone will start to get busy soon. Real soon!
God since all of us don't have any driving license, we just went there by bus which cost only RM1.80 per person from my home. As we arrived Center Point( one of the popular Shopping Mall in Kota Kinabalu), mom were about check the bank to see whether her paycheck already bank-in by her company. I realize that mom was really surprise as see told me that there not even a penny in her account.

So my sister Sarara start to panic and talking nonsense. We've tried everywhere and unfortunately mom's cellphone was out of credit( okay here in Malaysia if you don't have any credit for the phone, you can't simply talk cuz it act as 'money'. Simple, money no talk at all)

Since we all only have RM3 in our pocket, I've decided to go to dad's house and asking for money. Which I did. Leaving my mom and sister Sarara for temporarily, I went to Tjg Aru which located only 5 minutes away from Kota Kinabalu. I even late for the bus and the bus nearly leave without me!

Funny things is, my dad didn't show any reaction or asking me why I need the money. He just gave to me just like that.
Whoa freaky dad, I thought you were going to mad at me just like you used to do. Anyway after spending 2 and half hour at my dad's, I straight went to Center Point, meet up with mom and sister Sarara. Poor them they look very hungry and I take them to food court at the ground floor. I not hungry actually as I already ate fried noodles twice at my dad's( my stepmother really a good cook)

The next thing is, we went up to the fourth floor and window shopping for shoes then suddenly I saw this one guy, a face which I think familiar with smiling at me. And I don't know what happen to me...I just yelling ' Hi Uncle, remember me?'. My mom was like ....'who is he? Do know him?' And I was like...looking towards my and give her ' What? Aren't his our relatives? Wasn't he's the one who came to your brother's wedding?' kind of look. Sad thing is, that guy simply says hi and talking about his dead relatives and show us some of his collection about family grave yard which he want to make it bigger so all the family can gather for reunion. I thinking to myself why did he telling all this crap about corpses and grave. Yup at the time I knew I was wrong and that guy are NOT our relatives. I was TOTALLY FREAKING OUT. And of course EMBARRASSING MYSELF IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY THANKS.
Even my sister Sarara said that she don't want spend time with me again I do anything silly, but at that time everybody was laughing even my mom.

Please...Don't be a Facebook Hypocrite honey!

Hey all you bloggers, it's me again. Just having my nice summer and a cup of warm tea. Yes hence the title, over the past few years I have noticed a trend on Facebook that seems to be getting worse and worse. I have noticed people either pasting some chain status message about how much the love God or even writing some bold statement of what God means to them constantly. While this isn’t a bad thing what concerns me more is what you would see if you looked at the various posts that surround these professions of loving God and claiming a relationship with Him.

Not that I'm being very religious this post but sometime I think people shouldn't say anything that are related to God and that’s not something to ever take lightly. Well, I guess the point of this post is just to say this remember we are not to take the name of our God lightly or in vain. If you are going to claim Him, please live a life that honors Him and shows other’s what God has done for us, on both Facebook and in our everyday life. If you can’t do this, I beg of you leave God out of your posts don’t be the negative excuse that someone is looking for in order to justify their rejection of God.

June ...not so interesting

Hey all you blogger's, it's me again. Hopes everybody is fine this month but not for me. The nightmare has just begun after I came back from Labuan. Well did I mention about my uncle who is about getting married this end of the month? Well it was actually a good news for every couple who is about going to walk the isle but the bad news is ....he told my grandma 1 month before the date and we don't have enough time to prepare wedding stuff here ...not to mention before until next July we had to save up money for the Ramadhan and Eids coming on August.

Well I can say that June is not so interesting at all and sister Sarara was really tired because of all the work that my family pushed her to do even when she doesn't wanted to...

Labuan I

Hello all you bloggers! Its me again, well hope you guys had a great and nice summer. Well as for me, I just got back from Labuan , one of the smallest states in Malaysia. Actually I went there with my mom as she want to find new job and such....change of wind I guess. At first I don't want to go cuz ....I'm not really into hot tropic weather though.

Day 1
We arrived Jesselton point at 7:30am to buy the ticket for check-in and to wait another half an hour for all aboard. This my first ferry ride to Labuan and I'm so excited. Of course just out of Sabah will be my first time but there's nothing to be afraid of( really...?). After 4 long hour inside the ferry, as the wave was really strong I feel really nauseous so I sleep for 2 hours. The waves seem much cleaner, the wind has calmed down, blue skies lighting up people’s moods but 2 hour sleep not really good for my body so I took my mums phone and playing games which is boring but oh well....

Arrived at Labuan port, me and my mom take a few picture which most of the picture of course...me! We took taxi to Mariner Hotel which located at the centre of the city of Labuan. Quite nice and simple but I like. Things that I don't like about Labuan is the weather and the food, the entertainment place which the The Financial Park is a plus too. And who said all things at Labuan are FREE DUTY? NOT!! We pay RM280 for small sweet scented perfume that cost only RM180 in Kota Kinabalu ( Don't to say the brand). Anyway, we called our cousin who worked and live in Labuan as our personal tour guide. I haven't seen him since my first year in college. That would be 2 year and a half...appproximately. Then after lunch, he drop us near Mariner Hotel and had to go for work. Yes he still on duty at the time. So my mom and I had a walk to Grand Dorsett which is 5 minutes away from Mariner Hotel. While waiting for my mom, I've decided to take a stroll along the hotel sidewalk. The Grand Dorsett was really beautiful overall it's just that only a few people went here ( Labuan).

Next, we going back to hotel and take a shower as we fully sweat because of the hot weather. The view from our room on the 4th floor looks really romantic as we can see the whole city and the beach from here.On dinner we just went back to the Financial Park and eating KFC...only.
My mum actually almost fell on the roadside and she's trying to reach my arm in which makes me also almost fell on the road. Lucky there's no car so we quickly get up and walk as fast as we can. Not a really good day though....

will be continue...

Finally....And the last thing to leave behind

Hey all you bloggers!! Good day to everyone! Well I finally finish my FINAL Exam paper for Basic Research Methodology and it was quite intense though...Well as usual I did my reading last night and lucky for for me I manage to answer my favorite section which is the essay. But today are my last day and moment with all my friends and we all will be heading for our attachment soon! Hooray!!

We started at 9am until 12pm actually( of course some of us finish early and assumed that they didn't do their revision . So after all had finish, we all went to Kopitiam a.k.a Borneo Backpackers
and take a few picture all of us. Well my friend still haven't upload the picture in Facebook so soon or later I'll show you guys who is DTM 05/09 plus our 'twins' which is the DHM05/09.
I was actually worried about my attachment as I still got outstanding in college but my friend Sister Mala says that it will not a problem as they (she and Effie) already went to the student affair and Ms Christiana J (she the one who handle our orientation intake since day one) and she said everything will be okay if the result of GPA for us student exceed more 3 and above . So I think it's okay though but still scared ....hey anything could happen.

These are the people that I will miss though, eventhough they all sometimes become pain in my ass than before . So many sweet memories to remember and too bad we won't last forever. 3 years went by so fast that right now I only remember that ....well it seems like yesterday we went to our first orientation together, having a fight with other , all's the gossip and drama . And by mean of drama I really mean the situation of Friendship becoming enemy, enemy become your friends and even the some of us wouldn't expect to fall for each other and just keep remind silent ...And yes, when people say college is the best year of your life, you bet that the person is telling you the truth because ...hey, When else are your parents going to spend several thousand dollars a year just for you to go to a strange town and get drunk every night? Ha~~ Kidding...

Anyway~~
People come into our lives and sometimes people have to get out of our lives. When they arrive they open doors we might have thought long closed. They can be a muse; a source of inspiration. They can change our lives in way we never saw coming. But they can also become estructive, wasteful and lacking in respect for our time and energy and then . . . .well I guess the only option is to leave them behind with a lot of other bothersome baggage.

And the last thing to leave behind . . .BOREDOM!!!
