Fall in love?? Choose Happiness!

Hey all you blogger, it's me again. Whoa...it's been three weeks since I left my blog, well life getting busier I guest. Well yesterday my twin sister asked me why I haven't found myself a boyfriend yet? I don't think it as a stupid question actually in fact I'm thinking of someone lately but didn't dare to think it as 'LOVE AFFECTION'.

My sister once told me (...okay thats a lie, she told me millions of times)that you'll get a few symptoms and here are some list she told me

12. You’ll read his/her txts over and over again…
11. You’ll walk really really slow while you’re with him/her…
10. You’ll pretend 2 be shy whenever you’re with him/her…
9. While thinking bout him/her…your heart will beat faster and faster…
8. By listening to his/her voice…you’ll smile for no reason.
7. While looking at him/her..you cant see the other people around you…you can only see that person…
6. You’ll start listening to SLOW songs.
5. He/She becomes all you think about
4. You’ll get high just by their smell…3. You’ll realize that you’re always smiling to yourself when you think about them..
2. You’ll do anything for him/her…
1. While reading this, there was one person on your mind the whole time….

Okay...so not all are wrong but the thing is, I don't want to take 'love story' into the next level or whatsoever, and I don't care, I have great and big family and thats enough for me. For me, even if I had a crush on someone or anybody, I might just keep it as a secret.

Talk about crush, I once had a friend ( part-time friend when I was working at a department store once) she had a crush on this one guy (I say he's more like a JERK) and that guy was actually married with one children.

I still remember that one rainy night 2009 before all of us want to close the store, sudddenly a lady with a boy holding her hand yelling toward my friend and start a chicken fight toward each other. Well my friend didn't know who she is, but the lady said my friend had take away her husband and claim that the husband never come back a few nights back. Then, while they were fighting, the husband ( which is actually that JERK) came in and slapped the wifes right on her face...yes children were crying, my supervisor shouting toward them and telling them to stop....I was 17 back then that night was really a for suprised me , and I realized not all people can be trusted, even now my manager told don't trust 100% to your colleagues or friends. Since then I don't give 100% my trust on people I that I know.

Conclusion?
Love means always saying you’re sorry. nobody will ever be perfect enough to never make mistakes. the is why love cannot possibly be never having to say your sorry unless you only love yourself. If you really love somebody it should mean always saying your sorry yet knowing that you never have to.

Creating awareness on Duchenne muscular dystrophy !

(via Daily Express)

Hey Bloggers, I just an article about 'Creating Awareness On Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy' which really makes me feel touch about the story behind this amazing event. The Coalition Duchenne Expedition team of 35 international climbers from eight countries, led by Catherine climbed Mt. Kinabalu to raise global awareness on Duchenne and to raise funds dedicated to finding a cure for Duchenne recently.

The goal is to raise money to do research to find a cure and treatment for this disease.I feel really sorry for Dusty Brandom as he can't join all the climbers to climb the Great Mount Kinabalu. What's really get my attention about this story is because The mother and Founder of Coalition Duchenne is a Sabahan women Ms Cath Jayasuriya . Really proud of her actually... she's a new role model for me, Positive attitude and strong.

So I hope that for all bloggers out there, if you want to know or donate more to the Coalition Duchenne, Just click here

Trip To K....AGAIN! Part I

Hello everyone, Have a nice weekend! Well it's like a year and I've so many things to tell. Well again we had our the very last and great trip to K which is Kundasang( this is my second) and it was really exciting. I haven't got the pictures from my friends but I promise I will attach some pictures....

It was Friday morning and it was really cold because of the rain( not cats and dogs one) and all ATIC student was waiting at Wisma Sabah and have a little bit of conversation about nothing. Well a lot of juniors beside us and I felt a bit old with them. Oh well....as long I'm with my friends, I'm okay with it....ngeh! We was like had already had to start our journey then suddenly one of our friend is Missing! Yup, Vincent Wong. Thank god that miss Nelly still have sense of humanity as she allowed us to for him for another 10 minutes! 5 minutes then he arrived then some of other junior were had manage to arrived at the same location. Hmm...talked about punctuality.

I was so excited back then I almost forget all my problems at home as my friends are my place to tell everything about my problem...love all of them actually
Of course we sung along the journey to Kundasang and took a lot of pictures as our last sweet memory.

Sabah Tea
We gather at Sabah Tea as our first destination. Everything was really fresh and natural. I feel really relax. This was my first timer being in Sabah Tea and as a Sabahan, I feel proud of our states product which are very important not just for the locals but also for tourism industry. Hooray Sabah Tea !
The legendary origin of tea drinking has been traced back to the Chinese Emperor Chen Nung of 2737BC, who was also a scholar and herbalist, who discovered this detectable drink when he was sitting beneath a tree while his servant was boiling a pot of water. A few leaves from a tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) dropped into the pot of water, gave an excellent aroma and he found it tasted as good when sipped. Well lets not talked about history, bad news for us that day as the factory and the progress of tea-making was stop due to the electricity breakdown....how unlucky! But the good thing is, the chief was gladly to show us some part of the factory...And we got FREE packs of tea. My mom would be happy as she loves tea so much every night she had a cup of tea before going to bed. It's was raining that day and few of my friends were eating Ice - cream, plus offer some to me. I don't want to be rude but eating ice-cream in the middle of rainy day was totally not my style.

Luanti
Fish Spa had made its appearance in shopping complexes where one can go and let the fish nibble on the skin, peeling away dead skin cells while experiencing the massage sensation. yeah right, but can we enjoy the fish spa during rainy season? Of Course NOT!

Having fish spa in its natural environment and habitat is quite rare. The community of Kg Luanti located about 18 kilometres from Ranau town seems to be blessed with this natural spa, where the river, Sg Morali was turned into a tourist attraction. Well I hate to say this but beside the fish spa, what can we do for recreation over here? Besides, my first visit to this place, me and my fellow saw something unpleasant such as men underwear hanging on the traditional bamboo window. I bet one the tourist forget to claimed after they enjoying their bath with the fish. Yikes

To go to Kg Luanti, the best way is to drive up the winding road from Kota Kinabalu towards National Park or Sandakan and on the way after Ranau town is this Tagal Sungai Morali, Kg. Luanti Baru. This remote village has been selected as the Malaysia River Care winner Award in 2006 for their effort in maintaining the natural gift. Wow, I'm impressed ! Of course Mr Jeffrin talked about the Tagal system and funny things about the fishes name Stella, Mona and John. He said tha the way Stella and Mona bite people were just love bite and he even describe it as 'SWEET LOVE BITE'. Okay, I'm not crazy I think they just made up story just to attract tourist to that area but clever huh? anyway, we had our lunch and took a few pictures. Next destination, off to Sabah Poring Hot Spring!!

Poring Hot Spring
The hot springs' water contain sulfur, which have health as well curative properties for skin diseases. At Poring, one can find the world's biggest flower, the Refflesia which if you are lucky, you can see in bloom. Also, an orchid garden containing most of the native species, and a butterfly farm are some of the attraction at Poring. Well we arrived here just in time the people get out from the pool. At the first visit last year, I haven't got the chance to go for Canopy walk on the Hanging Bridge... Now when Me, Sister Sarara, Chim Mui Han, Mala, Ervinawaty, Shah Rizal, MArc, May May and Chonah went there, we was like truly exhausted and then I realize that along the way my head keep reminds of the song called 'the climb' by that err...Miley Cyrus. Goddd!!! My friend Chim Mui Han always screaming and when she does that, I get panic and yelled too !! Damn It! HAhaha since everyone was really tired and my stupid Asthma are attacking me after canopy walk, we went outside the resort and bought some drinks and souvenirs for our self . Yes only for our self not for anyone. You want it, you buy it! When we reached the bus, I heard that Ah Tee and Vincent went for bath in some unknown area. Hmm...wonder what are they up to.....Ngeh

After 2 long hour at Poring, we finally depart to Ranau town and it was start raining cats and dogs!! Then Kak Dewi asked me whether she can take me to CIMB bank...well just to accompany her, she might not use to the place as both of us are from Kota Kinabalu. We had to run as fast our legs could carry us as the rain pour down heavily. Some of the local looking at us and talked about something plus pointing finger at us which I think was very rude but who cares anyways? We're totaly soaked wet. Lucky for kak Dewi She bring her sweater but not me,I'm freaking cold . I'm totally wet!! Damn it! As everybody was inside the bus, finally we depart to Kundasang at D'villa Loudge where we will be sleeping that night. But of course what's trip to Ranau without buying the 'Buntut Ayam' along the way. Really nice....

P.s that night, I was attacked by Fever

Valentines, forget the wining and dining. Do something that matters

Hello readers! Well its Valentine, so I'm sure everyone has their own saying and opinion about Valentines day.

Every year February 14, is celebrated as Saint Valentines Day all across the world. Valentine’s Day is the most awaited day of the year for all youngsters . There is a holiday on this day so that all lovers can enjoy and express there feelings to one whom they love. Even though the history of St. Valentine’s Day and the patron Saint behind it is shrouded in mystery but we treat month of February as the Month of Romance. This day involves mutual exchange of Valentines. Loved ones celebrate by presenting flowers, gifts , offering candies ,sending e cards , sending love messages and much more all in the name of St. Valentine, the patron saint of lovers.
Valentines signs and symbols generally have a outline of a heart and containing picture of CUPID with wings . Now the tradition of sending Cards and Greetings with Valentine Hearts engraved on them has become very popular.

Well my Valentines was not really fun today as our class has been cancelled and nobody even my friends tell me and Sister Sarara about this (which makes me really mad ). Oh well, somebody haven't been here in KK since Chinese New Year are still in holiday mood I supposed...
But the good thing is, I manage to do some of my homework instead of hearing everyone saying 'Happy Valentines' to each other. Honestly, Valentines day quite fun when you share it with your friends and family. Even your loves too!( if you have one..)Well, I have my crush on someone but I don't have the guts to tell him...

Okay, talk about relationship, there's only thing in my mind - Expectations. Somewhere in the past someone must have said that it’s just but normal to have certain expectations. Especially when you’re in a relationship with someone. And so we live by that rule. But the thing about expectations is that when they’re not met, they ruin everything. I realized a few things. love begins at the point where you lower you expectations and the other reaches to meet them. In every relationship, we always have expectations. It doesn’t matter what kind of a relationship you have, we always have expectations. And when they are not met, we get disappointed.Thats just a thought, a matter of opinion I would say...

HA~ thinking of my uncle right now, because on Valentines day he would never forget to bring his fiancée some delicate and beautiful roses good luck for him! Well I'm okay if there's anybody wants to give me a bouquet of flower ( some red roses might be nice!) NGEH!!! Crazy me. Last time I've ever talk about love, mom scolded at me saying that I better concentrate on my study rather think stupid thing like. Since then I never ask something that are related about relationship or life( I may good with academic but zero when it comes to private life). But hey, express your love to mother(earth)by reduce cardboard boxes, no disposable containers, no bottled water. OR get your heart pumping - Charity walks and runs raise money for a good cause and get you moving in the great outdoors. Bring the family or your co-workers along to make it a team event.

Whatever it is, behind all our roles and personalities and professionalism, each of us, at essence, is a living, loving being. Sure, on the other 364 days of the year we might try to fake it, but on this one day, the world agrees: Love is where it’s at. Call it spirit, call it sweetness — whatever you want to call it, we’ve all got it. It’s just a matter of what we do with it. hehehe

Well thats it for today everyone, had to grab my lunch! ( I haven't eaten all day and I'm really really really hungry)

Yui Aragaki - WALK (Movie Ver.)

Hi, yeah I know you guys reader might have been wondering what the hell I post this song once again ( oh well the one in my previous blog..) I'll try to find some space to sing this song but my sister always saying that my voice are really, REALLY not okay at all. Thanks for the compliment my dear sister, I'll take this as a challenge for life. No music, no fun right? Okay, I'll try to practice this one first! Better be real this time!
